This Weekend's Rain-Maker
The low-pressure system we've been discussing this week is giving us our only shot at precipitation this week. A considerable amount of energy is associated with this low as it centers over the upper-Midwest Sunday evening.
There is a chance of isolated showers throughout Sunday, but the greatest chance is midday-Monday. Showers may linger in the vicinity through Monday evening.
After the passing of the low-pressure system to our north, high winds in excess of 20 mph are expected Tuesday, as well as a wind shift to the WNW. Luckily, temperatures next week will stay relatively mild--high temperatures will remain in the 40's.
