More Heavy Rain Tomorrow, Strong Storms Possible Saturday Evening

We're almost to the weekend!

More heavy rain will make its way into the region tomorrow and Saturday. Several inches of rain may be possible by Sunday morning.

The Storm Prediction Center (SPC) has Evansville right on the edge of a slight risk of severe weather for Saturday. At this time, the SPC may upgrade to a higher threat level as we get closer to the event.

As of now, these storms may produce torrential rain, damaging winds, large hail, and an isolated tornado can't be ruled out. Once again, this is a very fluid situation and changes may occur to the forecast. At this time, the possible severe threat looks to happen Saturday evening-overnight hours. Stay up to date with Metro Weather Watch for the latest information.
