Rain Looks To Continue
Hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day!
Rain should lessen in coverage overnight. Tomorrow, temperatures may get close to 70. Tomorrow late afternoon/early evening, another round of widespread rain looks to move into the region. This looks to stick around until Friday afternoon. A couple of models are trying to hint at the possibility of a brief change over to snow, before the precipitation moves out Friday afternoon. At this time there is nothing to worry about with the snow.
Above is the Hi-Res NAM modeled precipitation for Thursday evening at 8pm. Saturday has trended wetter since yesterday. Rain now looks likely most of the day Saturday. The best chance to see sunshine looks to be on Sunday. More rain is expected to move in to start the next week. The weather is active, so stay tuned to Metro Weather Watch.
